Teen Arrested on Drug Charge: LOG

Portsmouth Police: Incidents reported at the Beechstone Apartments and man arrested on willful concealment warrant.

Maxmilian Zanghi, 22, of Beechstone Apartments in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:47 p.m. on Nov. 24, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. He turned himself in to police.

Shatoya Egal, 34, of Beechstone Apartments in Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Dec. 2, on two bench warrants. Police were sent to one of the apartments for a report of two women fighting, according to police. The caller alleged that Egal kicked in a door of a room that the victim was locked in. Police arrived at the scene and arrested Egal.

Mark Polakow, 46, of Colonial Drive in Portsmouth, was charged with city ordinance license at 12:39 p.m. on Dec. 3.

Todd D. Ball, 53, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Dec. 3, on two criminal trespass charges. An officer on a detail on Hanover Street reported a drunk man near a stairwell close to Ladd Street. The man was taken into custody and given a no trespass order for the garage.

Andrew P. Henderson, 36, of Westville Road in Plaistow, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. on Dec. 5, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. Henderson was arrested after a traffic stop on Lafayette Road.

Michael A. Ireland, 48, of unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Dec. 5, on a warrant. An officer spoke to a man walking on the highway and he had an active warrant for willful concealment. He was arrested and given a ride to Newington.

A 16-year-old was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 5, for possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. An officer made a traffic stop on the southbound side of the Route 1 Bypass and Borthwick Avenue. The driver reportedly agreed to a consent search and a K-9 unit was called in. The vehicle was towed and the teen arrested. The teen was later released to his parents.
