Exeter Man Indicted On Attempted Arson Charge In North Hampton: Court
Plus: East Kingston faces child sexual assault charge; Lowell man accused of strangling family member, assaulting cops; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Luis Jose Cabral, 21, of Brooks Street in Brighton, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of oxycodone charge on July 15, 2019, in Salem.
Justin Allen Calhoun, 37, of Ward Street in Boston, MA, on possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, on March 1, 2020, in Salem.

Alexander Carmona Arias, 39, of Newton Street in Lawrence, MA, on possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and two sale of tramadol and fentanyl mix charges, all felonies, on Sept. 2, and Sept. 23, 2021, in Salem.
Craig Stuart Cooper, 41, of Medford Street in Charlestown, MA, on an assault by prisoners charge, a felony. He was accused by the Rockingham County House of Corrections of punching a corrections officer in the chest on Nov. 30, 2021, in Brentwood.

Luis Correia, 52, of Forest Street in Londonderry on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused by police of punching another person in the head in Windham on Nov. 7, 2021, causing them to fall and lose a tooth.
Travis R. Crosby, 33, of Islington Street in Portsmouth on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused by police of driving on Middle Road in Portsmouth on April 8, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Ryan F. Cumings, 35, of Joslin Road in East Kingston on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused by police of fondling a girl between Jan. 1, 2016, and Jan. 1, 20219, in East Kingston.
Francis W. Curran, 53, of First Street in Exeter on a felony attempted arson charge. He was accused of smashing a window, pouring flammable liquid inside, and attempting to light a match at North Hampton Self Storage on Oct. 30, 2021.
James Alan Currier, 35, of Addison Road in Goffstown on a felony possession of fentanyl-subsequent charge on July 24, 2021, in Candia. Previously, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted on one or more charges.
Christopher Depietro, 28, of Merrimack Plaza in Lowell, MA, on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence as well as two simple assault-extended term and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was accused by police of strangling a family or household member and kicking and punching police officers on Jan. 1 in Atkinson.
Irvin F. Diaz, 31, of Garden Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Dec. 18, 2021, in Salem.
