Failure to Pay Robbery Restitution Leads to Arrest

Plus, sheriffs arrest Plaistow man on firearm theft charge and Laconia, Nashua women arrested on drug charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH - The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Ryan P. Mahoney, 24, of Pollard Road in Plaistow, was arrested on April 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest-VOP New Hope on a theft of a firearm charge.

Cameron E. Taylor, 25, of Plaistow Road in Plaistow, was arrested on April 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest-ofc cost cont-legal fees.

Nikkia M. Ashton, 26, of Pine Hill Road in Nashua, was arrested on April 27, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of cocaine as well as possession of fentanyl and heroin charges.

Eric J. Porter Jr., 28, of Depot Road in Epping, was arrested on April 26, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest-VOP New Hope on theft and receiving stolen property charges as well as VOP on a theft charge and def sentence violation on a theft charge.

Kyle J. Roy, 28, of Bartlett Lane in Orange, MA, was arrested on April 25, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest-restitution on a robbery charge.

Holly J. Solans, 22, of Baldwin Street in Laconia, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest-failure to appear on a heroin possession charge. She was arrested on April 25.

Janice L. Lamattina, 46, of Ash Street in Nashua, was arrested on April 25, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest-deferred sent on a possession of controlled drug charge and deferred sent on a transportation of a controlled drug charge.
