Greenland Man Indicted On Aggravated DWI Charge: Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Paul D. Kimball, 44, of High Street in Somersworth on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two convictions. He was accused of stealing leaf blowers and a chainsaw from Home Depot on Oct. 13, 2021, in Portsmouth.

John Knight Jr., 48, of Stratham Lane in Stratham on a felony operating a motor vehicle while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Portsmouth Avenue in Stratham on Aug. 29, 2021.

Shane Lawton, 48, of Brick Road in Dover a felony habitual offender charge accused of driving in North Road in East Kingston on Sept. 8, 2021.

Michael A. Martin, 30, of Acre Street in Raymond on a felony habitual offender charge accused of driving in the parking lot of TD Bank in Plaistow on July 14, 2020.

Michael J. McNeil, 39, of Shepard Street in Lynn, Massachusetts, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing from Market Basket in Salem on Aug. 20, 2020.

Mark J. Mulvaney, 62, of Portsmouth Avenue in Greenland on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving a Toyota Camry on Lafayette Road and causing a collision with bodily injury on Dec. 13, 2020.

Zachary R. Naples, 35, of Highland Street in Dover on a felony possession of fentanyl-subsequent charge on May 21, 2021, in Brentwood.

Joseph Daniel Noone, 33, of Dennett Street in Portsmouth on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge as well as two criminal mischief charges. He was accused of driving a Chevy Cruze at more than 100 mph, weaving through traffic, and striking two other vehicles on June 2, 2021, in Portsmouth.

Elaine Pare, 49, of Old Derry Road in Londonderry on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of requesting a delivery company to deliver a Peloton bicycle to her home address instead of the address of the purchase order on June 22, 2021, in Londonderry.

Kevin Kenneth Rabidou Jr., 47, of Pine Street in Salem on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to notify Salem police of a change of address between Sept. 8 and Sept. 30, 2021.
