Hampstead Man Indicted On Attempted Murder Charge: Court Roundup
Plus: Seabrook man indicted on rape charges; Salem and Sandown men indicted on child sexual abuse images charges; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Tiffiney Noelle Danforth, 40, of Steve Street in Lyndonville, Vermont, on driving under the influence of drugs or liquor-fourth offense, receiving stolen property, and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies, as well as simple assault-extended term of imprisonment. She was accused of drunken driving, swerving around other vehicles, on Interstate 93 in Londonderry on July 25, 2021, and during a stop, head-butted a state trooper.
James Doucette, 20, of Upland Street in North Andover, Massachusetts, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering the East Derry Memorial Elementary School on July 12, 2021, for the purpose of stealing items from inside the school.

Curtis Edward Eldredge, 41, of Bean Road in Fremont on a felony operating with certified as a habitual offender and breach of bail charges on Route 150 in Kensington on April 22, 2021.
David A. Fowler-Belanger, 20, of Worthley Avenue in Seabrook on second-degree assault-strangulation, two pattern aggravated felonious sexual assault, and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and strangling a girl between Aug. 1, 2018, and Feb. 1, 2019, in Seabrook.

James Frye, 67, of Hampstead Road in Sandown on six possession of child sexual abuse images on June 4, 2020, in Sandown.
Noah Gilbert, 20, of Brier Lane in Derry on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering the East Derry Memorial Elementary School on July 12, 2021, for the purpose of stealing items from inside the school.
David S. Gioia, 60, of Island Pond Road in Hampstead on attempted second-degree murder and second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman and stating, “I’m going to kill you” or words to that effect on July 18, 2021, in Hampstead.
Thomas Gioseffi, 67, with a last known address of Ocean Boulevard in Hampton on theft by unauthorized taking and theft by misapplication charges, both felonies. He was accused of failing to make a payment to Groundhog Landscaping for property obtained between Nov. 11, 2019, and Oct. 24, 2020, in Salem.
Alexander Greenwood, 20, of Ansel Street in Salem on four felony distribution of child sexual abuse images on Dec. 19, 2020, in Salem.
Brandon Jacob Grenier, 29, of South Road in Brentwood on two sale of a controlled drug-buprenorphine charges on Sept. 22, and Oct. 30, 2020, in Brentwood.
