Lawrence Man Accused Of Dispensing Fentanyl That Killed Another Person: Court Roundup
Plus: Hampstead man indicted on gun, drug charges; Epping man indicted on scissor threat charges; Salem criminal restraint indictment.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Samuel David Ackerman, 29, of West Road in Hampstead on possession of cocaine and three reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and firing a rifle three times at the front door of his home while a person was standing nearby on Aug. 18, 2022.
Deivi Alcantara Lara, 23, of West Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense and sale of fentanyl-death resulting charges, both felonies. He was accused of selling or dispensing fentanyl to a person who later died between Aug. 11 and Aug. 13, 2022, in Salem, and accused of selling or dispensing fentanyl in Salem on Aug. 17, 2022.

Sean Alpern, 35, of South Main Street in Newmarket on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a family or household member on Nov. 3, 2022, in Portsmouth.
Kelvin Andrade, 31, of Norwell Street in Dorchester, MA, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing cigarettes from Market Basket in Salem and alcohol from New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Salem on Sept. 22. Christopher John Baer, 46, of Main Street in Salem on a felony criminal restraint charge. He was accused of placing his hands on the throat of another person and pushing them into a bedroom on Nov. 5, 2022, in Salem.
Shane Barry, 54, of West Hobart Street in Nashua on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving in Rand Drive in Chester on Oct. 6, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
James Belanger, 41, of South Main Street in Seabrook on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine-naloxone and crack cocaine, charges on Nov. 5, 2022, in Seabrook.
Troy E. Call, 56, of Harbor Avenue in Nashua on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Oct. 25, 2022, in Windham.
Meghan Janel Carty, 26, of Danville Road in Fremont on forgery, possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, and bail jumping charges, all felonies. She was accused of passing a phony $100 bill at Market Basket, possessing the drugs, and failing to appear in Rockingham County Superior Court for a plea and sentencing on a drug possession charge on April 28, 2022, in Salem.
Daniel Cassidy, 40, of Calef Highway in Epping on two criminal threatening charges. He was accused of threatening two people with a pair of scissors on Oct. 6, 2022, in Epping.
