Concord Police Make Several DUI, DWI Arrests: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kevin G. Gamper, born 1986, of Henniker was arrested at 8:22 p.m. on May 11, 2022, on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident at 90 S. Main St.

April M. French, 42, of Franklin was arrested at 7:13 p.m. on May 11 on possession of a controlled drug and deal-possess prescription drug charges. She was arrested after an incident on Hall Street.

Isaiah Knowles, born 1998, of Franklin was arrested at 10:22 a.m. on May 11 on two bench warrants after an incident on Sheep Davis Road.

Alexis N. Regan, 26, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 8:45 a.m. on May 11 after an incident at 391 Loudon Road. She failed to appear at a dispositional conference in Merrimack County Superior Court on a felony drug charge out of Bow from October 2021.

Boris Enrique Valenzuela Escobar, born 1989, of Gaithersburg, Maryland, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on May 11 on a driving under the influence charge and yellow-solid line violation after an incident at 15 Manchester St.

Heather L. Gifford, 41, of Contoocook was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on April 2 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Horse Hill Road.

Daniel James Cassidy, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on April 2 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident at the 7-Eleven on Village Street.

Jamie G. Lucier, 38, of Boscawen was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on April 2 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 344 Loudon Road.

Gordon Robert Hollingworth, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on April 2 on criminal threatening, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Manchester Street.

Mark A. Emmons, 58, of Concord was arrested at 2:48 a.m. on April 2 on a driving under the influence charge and a traffic control device violation after an incident at 80 Storrs St.

Kristy Davis, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on April 2 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident on Centre Street.

Brandon Aversa, 30, of Salisbury was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on April 1 on a driving while intoxicated-second offense charge. He was arrested after an incident between Exit 16 and Exit 17 on Interstate 93 north.

Larry W. Cole, 40, of Concord was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on April 1 on a drug possession charge as well as driving after revocation or suspension, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and felony possession of a controlled drug charges, and a bench warrant. The single drug possession charge was connected to an incident at Concord Hospital. The other charges were connected to an incident at 15 Loudon Road. Cole failed to appear at the arraignment of the drug and revocation charges in Merrimack County Superior Court on April 28 as well as drug charges issued against him from September 2021 out of Hooksett. He was scheduled for another arraignment on Wednesday.

Makeeva Laroche, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on April 1 on an indecent exposure and gross lewdness charge and a public disposal of human waste city ordinance violation after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage.
