Chichester Man Charged With DUI, Open Container In Concord: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Dominic Orlando, born 1957, of Concord was cited at 2:08 p.m. on May 19, 2022, on a generic city ordinance violation after an incident on East Side Drive.

Voeun Oum, born 1986, of Manchester was arrested at 2 p.m. on May 18 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after an incident on Old Dover Road.

Seth Joseph McNamara, born 1990, of Belmont was arrested at 1 a.m. on May 17 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant after an incident at 62 Manchester St.

Javon Edward Brooks, 22, of Concord was arrested at 5:06 a.m. on May 16 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Amanda Russo, 33, of Concord was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension charge at 3:10 p.m. on May 13 after an incident at 333 Loudon Road.

Patrick G. Stitt, 48, of Manchester was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on May 5 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge as well as a warrant and a misuse of plates violation after an incident at 148 Loudon Road. He was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 6. Stitt is due back in court for a dispositional conference on July 18.

Jase Charles Whittemore, 35, of Tilton was arrested at 1:29 p.m. on May 4 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge after an incident on Manchester Street. Whittemore is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on June 9.

Kenneth F. Potter, born 1978, of Chichester was arrested at 11:57 p.m. on May 3 on driving under the influence and open container charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation after an incident at 13 Manchester St.

Ramadhana Idrisa, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 6:15 a.m. on May 3 on an unauthorized use charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Daniel J. Cassidy, born 1982, of Penacook was arrested at 11:53 a.m. on March 30 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Village Street.

Patrice M. Nduwimana, born 1988, of Lexington, Kentucky, was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:08 a.m. on March 28 at police headquarters.

Lynn R. Johnson, born 1974, of Manchester was cited at 11:34 p.m. on March 27 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
