Lawrence Man Indicted On Death Resulting Fentanyl Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Seabrook man indicted on 5th DWI charge; Rochester man accused of damaging vehicles in Portsmouth; theft and forgery indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Cameron Andrew McEvoy, 32, of Barberry Lane in Raymond on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Windham on Dec. 9, 2022.
Kevin McManus, 63, of Kingston Road in Exeter on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of creating a false impression that he would use more than $1,500 to buy tickets for the Boston Bruins for someone who gave him money but instead, kept the currency for himself on July 22, 2022, in Exeter. McManus was also accused of defrauding the same person by adding his name to the order line on a Citizens Bank checking account and cashing a check himself on Oct. 15, 2022, in Brentwood.

Yeyson Mejia, 33, a homeless man now located in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-death resulting-fentanyl charge. He was accused of selling or dispensing the fentanyl that killed Christopher Glavin of Hampton Falls on Oct. 9 or Oct. 10, 2022.
Ryan A. Monica, 34, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on forgery and theft by deception charges. He was accused of forging a check drawn on the account of Agretech Corporation for $3,751.38 on March 2.

Samuel Melvin Montoya, 61, of Perkins Avenue in Seabrook on operating after being certified as a habitual offender and driving under the influence of drugs-liquor-fourth or subsequent charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving drunk on Lillian Avenue in Seabrook on July 28 after being certified as a habitual offender by the state. Montoya was previously convicted of drunken driving in December 2020 in Hampton District Court, in December 2020 in Laconia District Court, in December 2021 in Hampton District Court, and in Candia District Court in March 2022.
Jason Jermaine Moore, 46, of McDuffee Street in Rochester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing an electric bicycle from another person on July 20, 2022, in Newington.
Alfred T. Mscisz, 30, of Preston Street in Hathorne, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of pretending to work for Peabody Supply and offering to install a new home heating system in East Kingson between Oct. 4 and Nov. 14, 2022, and depriving the homeowner of more than $1,500.
Michael Anthony Nelson, 34, of Franklin Street in Haverhill, MA, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 11, 2022, in Salem.
Donald Edward Nisbet, 38, of Phillips Way in Rochester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of selecting merchandise, entering a fitting room, and concealing the items in a backpack on April 14 at Kohl’s in Newington. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Iain Taylor Ours, 20, of Emerson Avenue in Rochester on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of smashing windows and-or scratching the body of five motor vehicles in Portsmouth on July 18.
Lance Pearson, 21, of Kristin Drive in Stoughton, MA, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Derry on June 26.
