Lawyer Offers Discounts to Market Basket Employees

While the situation surrounding the Market Basket battle has left a number employees without work and wondering what the future holds for the supermarket chain, one local lawyer is offering to help out.
Mark Stevens, a Salem attorney, is offering discounted legal fees for all Market Basket employees, according to a blog post on his website, ByeByeDWI.com.
“In recognition of the struggles Market Basket employees have been going through since the unforeseen ousting of CEO Arthur T. Demoulas, (I) would like to take this opportunity to offer discounted legal fees to all Market Basket Employees,” he wrote.

Stevens, a defense attorney who specializes in DWI and other crimes, said he supported the reinstatement of Arthur T. Demoulas at the chain and this was his way of helping out.
Stevens handles cases in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, according to his site.
