Londonderry Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault, Fondling Charges: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Juan Daniel Figueroa, 21, of Washington Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching another person in the face causing a nasal fracture in Derry on Feb. 13.

Charles Weller Finn, 54, of Summit Avenue in Chelsea, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Olivia C. Armstrong to steal merchandise from Bed Bath and Beyond in Salem on June 8, 2022, the indictment said.

Heath David Freeman, 44, of Hales Road in Barrington on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 125 in Epping on Dec. 16, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Darren M. Frost, 30, of Jeff Lane in Derry on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 28 in Derry on April 10 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kevin Gagnon, 63, of Wedgewood Drive in Londonderry on felonious sexual assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. Between June 16, 2015, and June 14, 2019, he was accused of having a girl under 13 fondle him and he fondled the girl on more than one occasion over a period of two months or more within a period of five years in Londonderry.

Ryan Charles Garrison, 34, of Old Turnpike Road in Northwood on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Oct. 7, 2022, in Northwood.

Richard Santos Gualberto, 24, of Fairway Drive in Derry on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of yelling and chasing another man with a large Samurai-style sword over his head on Oct. 30, 2021, in Derry.

Kyoshie Hamilton, 42, of East 228th Street in the Bronx, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from DVS in Plaistow on Nov. 5, 2022.
