Lawrence Residents Indicted On Robbery Charges In Separate Salem Cases: Court Roundup
FL man indicted on Portsmouth deadly weapon charges; NY woman indicted for theft; Lowell man indicted on ATM theft charges in Londonderry.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Cesar A. Abad Jr., 46, of Bellvue Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of stealing items from Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem by force and telling another person, “I’ll knock you out,” or words to that effect on March 18.
Osvaldo Albino, 33, of Stevens Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing from several ATMs in Londonderry to deprive Loomis Armored of $9,105 between Dec. 20, 2022, and Feb. 3.

Andrea Alexander, 57, incarcerated in the Rockingham County Jail at the time of the indictment, on two felony bail jumping charges. She was accused of failing to appear in Rockingham County Superior Court in Brentwood on Dec. 13, 2017, and April 19, 2018, on an interference with custody charge in both cases.
Olivia C. Armstrong, 32, of Novak Road in Valatie, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of acting in concert with Charles Weller Finn to steal merchandise from Bed Bath and Beyond in Salem on June 8, 2022.

Michael A. Arrington, 28, of Chukar Drive in Orlando, Florida, on reckless operation, disobeying an officer, felony second-degree assault, and four felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of driving at high rates of speed, more than 100 mph, in an Audi SUV on Interstate 95, the Route 1 Bypass, Dennett Street, and Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth, without lights on at night, while a trooper was partially inside the vehicle on April 6. Calvin Atwood, 48, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of receiving or retaining a 2009 Toyota Scion XD owned by another person in Londonderry on Dec. 26, 2022.
Bart Allen Augustus, 54, of McDuffy Street in Rochester on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing items from JC Penny in Newington and receiving or retaining an F-150 pickup truck owned by another person in Newington on April 5.
Carmen L. Baker, 22, of Baystate Road in Lawrence, MA, on armed robbery, kidnapping, criminal restraint, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of acting in concert with Sisqo Nogueras in holding another person at knifepoint and stealing their motor vehicle on March 19 in Salem.
George Belt, 47, of Route 7 in Townshend, Vermont, on felony receiving stolen property and credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges. He was accused of using a Santander debit card owned by the First Baptist Church in Methuen, MA, to obtain merchandise at Target in Salem. According to the indictment, Belt has been convicted twice before on theft charges.
Other Indictments
In Grafton County Superior Court:
Brandon P. Brymer, 35, c/o New Freedom Academy, Manor Pathway, in North Salem, on theft by unauthorized taking and disorderly conduct charges while released on bail. He was accused of causing a public inconvenience in Lebanon at Campion Rink by yelling and screaming and possessing a hockey jersey belonging to the rink.
