Maine Man Indicted On Drug Dealing, Possession Charges: Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Christopher Alden, 40, of Garvin Road in Derry on possession of methamphetamine, possession of dimethyltryptamine, and possession of amphetamine charges, all felonies, on July 29, 2021, in Derry.

Steven Charles Bagley, 49, of Lafayette Road in Seabrook on possession of suboxone, possession of Adderall, and possession of alprazolam, all felonies, on Nov. 25, 2021, in Seabrook.

Christopher David Barry, 32, of G Street in Hampton on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused by police of stealing items from Walmart in Seabrook on Dec. 11, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft twice before.

Howard H. Barter IV, 39, of Robbins Avenue in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 31, 2020, in Salem.

Ryan P. Murray, 39, of Coley Trafton Road in Shapleigh, Maine, on possession of meth with intent to sell or dispense, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense, possession of meth, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on April 15, 2021, in Brentwood.

Larry Douglas Niles Jr., 49, of Laraway Court in Derry on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused by police of damaging a counter, computers, and other equipment at Parkland Medical Center in Derry on Nov. 17, 2021.

Stephen W. Paar, 56, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. On July 13, 2021, in Seabrook, police accused him of being in possession of a 2017 Subaru owned by another person, without permission.

Bonnie Lyn Parkhurst, 31, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 19, 2019, in Windham.

Joshua Erik Peabody, 27, a homeless man now located in Rochester, on three possession of a controlled drug; acts prohibited, meth, crack cocaine, and cocaine, charges on Aug. 26, 2021, in Epping.

Yerardo E. Michail Pujols Peguero, 29, of Francell Road in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused by police of stealing a Specialized bicycle on Sept. 8, 2021, in Derry.

Anthony Lee Perry, 60, of NE 18th Terrace in Cape Coral, Florida, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused by police of driving on F Street in Hampton on July 5, 2021.
