Manchester Man Arrested on Deadly Weapon Charges: Roundup
Sheriffs also arrest Mass. woman on VOP for theft, Northfield man arrested for heroin, and Plaistow man faces arson charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.
Portia E. Bick, 27, of Springfield Street in Chicopee, MA, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of theft.

David M. Cherry, 29, of Bodwell Street in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 13, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, on a judge’s order to arrest on two counts of reckless conduct-deadly weapon, on a judge’s order to arrest for disobeying an officer, and on a judge’s order to arrest for front lights auto violation.
Kelly L. Bennett, 24, of Central Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on Jan. 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sentence of an original charge of theft.

Stanley F. Kuligowski III, 47, of Silver Street in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge.
Joshua D. McDonald, 25, of Knowles Pond Road in Northfield, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on a possession of heroin charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of bail jumping.
Andrew J. Brace, 29, of Sargeant Street in Holyoke, MA, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for bail jumping and failure to appear at the arraignment on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.
Jonathan M. Balamotis, 26, of Pollard Road in Plaistow, was arrested on Jan. 9, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP New Hope on an original charge of conspiracy to commit arson.
