Sheriffs Arrest Mass. Woman on Theft, Shoplifting Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH - The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office:

Portia E. Bick, 26, of Springfield Street in Chicopee, MA, was arrested on May 25, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-theft and VOP-shoplifting.

Allen R. Clark, 27, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, was arrested on May 24, 2016, on a fugitive from justice charge.

Richard Morales, 46, of Chambers Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on May 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge.

Sabrina M. Pratt, 38, of Rice Street in Claremont, was arrested on May 21, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on a cocaine possession charge.

Cassandra M. Papkey, 26, of Orchard Court in Amesbury, MA, was arrested on May 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge.

Michael J. Donovan, 34, of Townsend Road in Rochester, was arrested on May 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a pre-trial hearing for possession of buprenorphine.

William J. Garrett, 31, of Caladonia Street in St. Johnsbury, VT, was arrested on May 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent violation on a heroin possession charge.

Leo Hamilton, 61, of Cole Street in Salem, was arrested on May 19, 2016, for driving while intoxicated.

Bryce A. Demello, 24, of Searle Road in Danbury, was arrested on May 17, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a heroin possession charge.
