Mass. Residents Arrested On Assault, Shoplifting Charges: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Renee Willcox, 42, of Central Avenue in Ayer, MA, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on June 21, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief. Police were sent to the Park View Inn on South Broadway for a report of a dispute between a man and woman in the parking lot. “(The) male subject is dragging the female to the back of the building,” according to the report, noting that the man was staying in one of the rooms. Officers arrived at the scene, investigated the incident, and arrested the woman.

An overdose was reported on Blue Fox Road at 7:08 p.m. on June 20, 2017.

Richard C. Moloney, 57, of Easton Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on June 20, 2017, for willful concealment after an alleged incident involving about $500 worth of merchandise at the Home Depot on South Broadway.

An arrest was made at 2:53 p.m. on June 20, 2017, at Canobie Lake Park on North Policy Street.

Matthew T. Skalla, 20, of Prairie Court in Manchester, was arrested at 5:56 a.m. on June 20, 2017, for DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, possession of marijuana, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested after police and fire and rescue teams were sent to a crash on Lawrence Road between a vehicle and a utility pole.

Carlos D. Flores Jr., 27, of Oakland Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on June 19, 2017, for willful concealment. He was arrested on warrants at police headquarters.

Ignacio Duran, 40, of Forest Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. on June 19, 2017, for willful concealment. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Brookstone at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

James M. Wilson Jr., 32, of Riverhurst Road in Billerica, MA, was arrested at 4 p.m. on June 19, 2017, for simple assault and criminal mischief. He was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters.

David Parello, 43, of Fraser Drive in Salem, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on June 19, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested on a warrant.

Ashley M. Pemberton, 31, of Spruce Drive in Farmington, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2017, for controlled drug; acts prohibited, possession of fentanyl, and two counts of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle after police were sent to the Walmart parking lot on North Broadway for a report of a woman passed out in a vehicle.

James C. Marnie, 43, of Horseshoe Road in Windham, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2017, for theft by deception and receiving stolen property, both felonies due to two prior convictions after allegedly trying to return stolen items for store credit at the Home Deport on South Broadway.
