Weare, Woburn Men Charged With Rioting After Fight At Salem Margaritas: Police Log

Man charged with reckless, negligent driving after crash; NY pair face theft charges; Haverhill woman arrested on child endangerment charge.

SALEM, NH — Byron L. Estrada, 49, of Lea Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was cited at 5:17 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2023, on a driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as unregistered vehicle, misuse or plates, and child restraints violations after a motor vehicle stop at Home Depot on South Broadway Street.

Bert S. MacKenzie, 60, of Shore Drive in Salem was arrested at 5:11 p.m. on Aug. 20 on reckless operation, negligent driving, and two conduct after accident charges. He was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Edward Reis Stanford, 33, of Locust Street in Woburn, MA, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Aug. 20 on riot and disorderly conduct charges. Also arrested was Edward Clifford Andrews, 50, of Colburns Meadow Road in Weare on riot and two simple assault charges. Police were sent to Margaritas on Keewaydin Drive for a report of a large fight in front of the restaurant. Pelham and Windham police were requested, along with fire and rescue teams. After an investigation, the two men were arrested and released on personal recognizance.

Giavonni Norma Anderson, 18, of Sheffield Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. on Aug. 19 on a willful concealment charge. Also arrested was Tytiana Jada Thomas, 25, of Shore Front Parkway in Arverne, NY, on theft detection device remover, willful concealment, and criminal trespass charges. They were arrested after an incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park. One was released on personal recognizance, while the other was taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Argenis Damian Acevedo, 28, a homeless man now located in Salem, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. on Aug. 10 on a criminal trespass charge. Police were sent to Loan Max on South Broadway Street after a man reportedly acted erratically in front of the store without a shirt. He refused bail and was sent to the county jail.

Robert Joseph Antonucci, 52, of Indian Summer Lane in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on July 7 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after a motor vehicle stop at M&N Borderline Discount on South Broadway Street.

Harold C. Johnson Jr., 65, of Webb Street in Salem was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on July 7 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested on a warrant and taken to the county jail.

Lilly Marlaina Ramsay, 36, of South Spring Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on July 7 on endangering the welfare of a child and willful concealment charges. She was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Abdul Sesay, 25, of Suffolk Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. on July 7 on a bail jumping charge. He was arrested on a warrant at the Strafford County Jail.
