Teen Indicted On Strangulation, Domestic Violence Charges: Court

Plus: Man accused of attempting to seduce a child; elderly man indicted on sexual assault charges; woman faces jail officer assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

George Bradley Richards Jr., 55, of Eleven Street in Salisbury, Massachusetts, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check from the account of Stateline Landscape and Paving to Bank of America for $1,200, creating the impression he was depositing a legitimate check, on July 19, 2021, in East Hampstead.

Glendel Ronquillo, 34, of Sunrise Terrace in Plaistow on a felony certain uses of computer services prohibited charge. He was accused of attempting to seduce or lure a person he believed was a 14-year-old child for sexual assault in Plaistow between March 18 and March 19.

Bruce Sanderson, 34, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and attempted indecent exposure and lewdness charges, both felonies. He was accused of fondling a child between May 27, 2017, and Aug. 31, 2019, in Raymond and exposing himself to a child on Jan. 1, 2019, in Raymond.

Allison J. Scamporino, 42, of Main Street in Cornish, Maine, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon-domestic violence charge. She was accused of driving a vehicle, as a deadly weapon, while an intimate partner was holding onto the vehicle and was dragged in Candia on March 20.

Justin William Varney, 19, of Colby Road in Danville on felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence and simple assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of punching in the eye and strangling an intimate partner on May 6, 2020, in Kingston.

Julien Vasquez, 29, of Admiral Khalbdus Road in Newport, Rhode Island, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a one-and-a-half-carat diamond ring from Kay Jewelers in Seabrook on Nov. 13, 2021.

David Zuzelo, 75, of SW Camino Doce Road in Deming, New Mexico, on felonious sexual assault and aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of fondling and kissing a child between March 6, 2005, and March 5, 2009, in Chester.

Argenis Damian Acevedo, 27, a homeless man, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a Honda Civic, owned by another person, on Feb. 14 in Derry. Twice before, Acevedo has been convicted on theft charges, according to the indictment.

Myriah Elaine Allard, 31, of Ronnie Lane in Kingston on two felony assaults by prisoners charges. She was accused of grabbing one corrections officer at the neck and pushing and-or elbowing another corrections officer at the Rockingham County Jail on April 3.

Ryan C. Barden, 31, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony methamphetamine possession charge on April 30, 2021, in Brentwood. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge in Franklin District Court in March 2016.

Christopher David Barry, 33, of G Street in Hampton on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-gabapentin charge on Dec. 12, 2021, at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.
