Methuen Woman Arrested On Shoplifting Charges: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Elizabeth A. Donovan, 41, of Strathmore Road in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2018, on four counts of willful concealment, all felonies, due to two prior convictions. She was arrested after an alleged shopping lifting incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park. Police also had an active warrant for her arrest.

Linet Ruiz, 19, of Broadway in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2018 for willful concealment – $1,000 to $1,500. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Anthony A. Mazzone, 45, of Copley Drive in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2018, on a theft by unauthorized taking – less than $1,000 warrant.

Patricia A. Alicea, 54, of St. Mary’s Lane in Salem, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2018 for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to the home for a report of a woman assaulting another woman.

Leah M. Stevens, 30, of Blackwater Road in Rochester, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on Jan. 13, 2018 for identity fraud, hindering apprehension, false report to law enforcement and two bench warrants. Also arrested was Randy A. Stevens, 27, of Blackwater Road in Rochester, for felony willful concealment – due to two prior convictions, false report to law enforcement, identity fraud, unsworn falsification and driver’s license prohibitions. They were arrested on warrants.

Stephen M. Lamb, 38, of Olsen Road in Derry, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2018, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested on a warrant.

Francine A. Allen, 52, of Cove Road in Salem, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2018 for conduct after an accident and criminal mischief. She was arrested on a warrant.

Meredith Leblanc, 41, of Haigh Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2018 for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, suspension of vehicle registration, and conduct after an accident. Police were sent to Kelly Road near South Broadway for a report of a pickup taking out a sign in the median on Route 28, leaving the scene and then stopping on Haigh Avenue. Police spoke with the driver and she was arrested.
