Newmarket Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup
Man indicted for assault, violating privacy; out-of-staters indicted for thefts; man indicted on distribution of child abuse image charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Esteban Gomez-Bedoya, 26, of Beachland Avenue in Revere, Massachusetts, on organized retail crime enterprise, theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He conspired with Yerson Rodriguez and Efren Ramirez to steal items from Macy’s, including sunglasses, at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on March 2, according to an indictment.
Kofi L. Griffith, 25, of East 51st Street in Brooklyn, New York, on felony accomplice to receiving stolen property and resisting arrest or detention. He acted in concert with Jaret Thurgood Simpson and Shakeem Harris to possess stolen items from Home Depot in Londonderry and then physically interfere with Londonderry police, Derry police, and a state trooper while they were trying to arrest him, according to the indictments. Richard C. Post, 31, of Depot Road in Candia on five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images and five felony counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing images and sharing them on Kik on July 28, 2023, in Candia.
Leston Orlando Quintanilla, 50, of Smith Garrison Road in Newmarket on four felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly fondling and digitally penetrating a victim between June 1 and June 2018 in Newmarket.

Phillip Rideout, 65, a transient now located in North Hampton, on delivery of articles prohibited-methamphetamine and possession of meth charges in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Dec. 13, 2023.
Justin Rush, 37, of Joan Avenue in Portsmouth on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 95 in Greenland on Jan. 1 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Blaise Anthony Salamone, 30, of Gray Lodge Road in Kittery, Maine, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on Sept. 15, 2023, in Salem.
Jonathan Michael Sawyer, 35, of Granite Street in Nashua on a felony possession of hydrocodone on Dec. 18, 2021, in Brentwood.
Joshua M. Schuppert, 31, of Dame Road in Newmarket on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of obtaining more than $1,500 worth of sports memorabilia in a trade with the owner for fake gold bars in Londonderry on Sept. 18, 2023.
Anthony Scotti, 55, of Silver Street in Manchester on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Dec. 3, 2023, in Windham. Previously, he was convicted of one or more prior offenses, according to the indictment.
