Washington Man, Exeter Woman Face DWI Charges In Portsmouth: Cop Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Zakary Wynn Schumacher, 35, of Ricky Court in Port Orchard, Washington, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. on Sept. 6, 2022, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated charges. Police were sent to a crash on Market Street. Officers confirmed the crash with airbag deployment and began searching the area for the operator. Schumacher was given field sobriety tests and arrested. A tow truck was requested, and told the vehicle was up on a rock. EMTs were sent to police headquarters to check on him during booking.

Jesse Lusk, 25, of Windham Road in Derry was arrested at 10:55 on Sept. 4 on criminal trespass and disorderly conduct charges. Hampton police arrested Lusk on a department warrant.

Noah C. Ritter, 42, of Brackett Road in Rye received a summons at 1:57 p.m. on Sept. 4 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a stop at Russell and Green streets.

Phillip Rideout, 64, of Central Street in Somersworth was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Sept. 4 on a felony theft charge. Police were sent to Woodbury Avenue after a man was accused of stealing a Thermos from the store. A description was taken of the man and later, the man was identified, trespassed from the store, and charged.

Megan Winfield Sprague, 48, of Portsmouth Avenue in Exeter was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on Aug. 21 on a driving while intoxicated charge. Police were tipped off about a possibly impaired woman driving in the area of Islington and Cass streets. The tipster followed the vehicle to Marcy Street. Police spoke with the caller and then requested the driver to perform field sobriety tests. She was arrested later. Sprague was accused of refusing a consent search of her vehicle and having blood drawn.

Antonio Maddox, 56, of William Street in Manchester was arrested at 5 p.m. on Aug. 10 on a possession of a controlled-narcotics drugs charge. He was arrested on a department warrant by Rockingham Count.

Jasmine Harnden, 28, of Portland Street in Rochester was arrested at 8:10 a.m. on Aug. 10 on stalking and default or breach of bail charges. He was arrested on a warrant.

David A. Gordon Sr., 56, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth was arrested at 12:07 a.m. on Aug. 4 on a warrant. Police were sent to Deer Street for a report of a man trapped in a porta-potty. Police said he believed people were trying to hurt him. A check yield a trespass warrant out of Dover Court and he was arrested.

Daksayani A. Sullivan, 45, of Rogers Road in York, Maine, was arrested at 9:36 a.m. on Aug. 3 on a fugitive from justice warrant. Police were off with Sullivan on the access path near the Foundry Garage and found her to have a warrant out of Sanford, Maine. It was checked, confirmed, and she was arrested.
