Bedford Man Indicted On Seabrook Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Londonderry men indicted on habitual offender, other charges; man faces drug, theft indictments after Salem incident; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Daniel Joseph Rapisarda, 34, of Capitol Hill Drive in Londonderry on motor vehicles; penalties: habitual offender and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges, both felonies, as well as willful concealment-theft and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was accused of driving on Lafayette Road in Seabrook on Aug. 9, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the state, possessing a pipe containing the drug, stealing a Coke from EZ Mart, and fleeing into a wooded area and refusing to come out for police.
Savannah G. Raven, 34, of Washington Street in Seabrook on attempted falsifying physical evidence and possession of clonazolam charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and trying to destroy a cell phone by smashing it on the ground to impede an investigation on June 24, 2022, in Seabrook.

Phillip Rideout, 64, of Central Street in Somersworth on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Dunkin’ Donuts in Portsmouth on Sept. 4, 2022, after twice before being convicted on theft charges in Strafford County Superior Court.
Corey Christian Riel, 25, of Rand Drive in Chester on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and attempting to leave with another person’s motorcycle in Derry on Aug. 15, 2022.

Ethan Michael Seavey, 24, of Chestnut Hill Road in Rochester on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Ocean Boulevard in Seabrook on June 14, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Curran H. Shane, 32, of Pimlico Court in Bedford on aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of raping a girl between Jan. 1 and May 19, 2017, in Seabrook.
Kris Allen Smith, 64, of Rockingham Road in Londonderry on falsifying physical evidence and operating while certified as a habitual offender charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Rockingham Road in Londonderry on June 25, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV, attempting to conceal the motor vehicle in a side yard, and removing its license plates to impair an investigation.
Wayne Richard Smith Jr., 47, of Spruce Street in Manchester on theft by unauthorized taking and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and stealing a Google Pixel 6 cellphone owned by another person in Salem on Aug. 2, 2022. According to the indictment, Smith has been convicted twice before on theft charges.
