Newmarket, Newton, And Maine Men Indicted On Gun Charges: County Superior Court Roundup
Penacook man indicted on a face facture charge; Manchester man indicted for recording people in court; NY man accused of damage at hotel.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Marina Lenore Defilippo, 38, of Pleasant Street in Epping on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on March 7 in Raymond.
Edwin F. Dorr, 37, of Farmington Road in Rochester on a felony possession of eutylone and-or n-n-dimethylpentylone charge on Aug. 17 in Hampton.

Jerry William Dow Jr., 33, of Community Drive in Penacook on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching another person in the face on July 1 in Seabrook causing a sinus fracture and orbital wall fractures to the person’s face.
Michael E. Dyer, 49, of Chapel Street in Newmarket on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of placing another in danger by firing a Honey Badger .300 blackout caliber rifle at another person’s home in Newmarket on Aug. 1.

Nikia Eddings, 41, of Wheelwright Avenue in Exeter on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-metallic knuckles and DUI charges on Dec. 17, 2022, on Route 101 in Exeter.
Tyler P. Emelian, 29, of McDewell Avenue in Danvers, Massachusetts, on a possession of fentanyl charge on June 15 in Seabrook.
Jeremy James Evans, 27, of Heath Street in Newton on two felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He was accused of threatening two people by grabbing a Winchester SXP rifle and firing shots during an argument in Newton on May 30.
Christopher Foley, 41, of Huse Road in Manchester on a felony interception and disclosure of telecommunication or oral communications prohibited and a misdemeanor interception and disclosure of telecommunication or oral communications prohibited charges. He was accused of recording others, without their consent, inside the Derry District Court on Feb. 23.
Briana Marie Julia Gammon, 35, of Myrtle Street in Rochester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Ulta Beauty in Epping on May 25. Twice before, she was convicted on theft charges.
Kyle J. Glenn, 22, of Williams Street in Schenectady, New York, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of causing more than $1,500 worth of damage to a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Seabrook on June 29.
Jerad W. Gray, 42, of Main Street in Lewiston, Maine, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun at a parked vehicle in front of an English Range Road home in Derry on Sept. 3.
