Derry Man Indicted On Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Justin P. Devoe, 37, of Fairway Drive in Derry on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of raping a woman twice between Aug. 1 and Sept. 21, 2022, in Derry.

Roberta Lorraine Dezainde, 51, of Heartwood Lane in Concord on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing a structure on Mammoth Road in Londonderry on Aug. 1, 2022.

James Francis Dobbin, 55, of Eastwood Avenue in Deer Park, New York, on identity fraud, forgery, and attempted theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of posing as another from New Jersey to cash a check drawn on the account of Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC for $1,972.10 in Derry on May 30.

Jerry William Dow Jr., 33, of Community Drive in Penacook on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching another person in the face, causing sinus and orbital wall fractures on July 1 in Seabrook.

Jason Stephen Doyle, 30, of Sable Run Lane in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 8 in Sandown.

Ronald Craig Duchano, 31, a homeless man now located in Rochester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Newington on Feb. 5.

Patrick Michael Dudley 52, of Valeska Lane in Salem on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, criminal threatening-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of picking up a Kimber .38 firearm and pointing it at an intimate partner and two children in Salem on June 28.

Jordan Thomas Dunne, 27, of Bible Hill Road in Warner on a possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 24 in Salem.

Wilfredo Echevarria Jr., 61, of Winsor Road in Portsmouth on a possession of fentanyl charge on May 7 in Newington.

Alex James Erosa, 23, of Towle Avenue in Hampton on a felony sale of THC charge between Dec. 29 and Dec. 30, 2022, in Seabrook.
