Florida Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide, DUI Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Massachusetts man indicted on reckless conduct, other charges in Salem; Newmarket man indicted on meth charge; theft indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Andrew R. Gagnon, 47, of Hillside Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut, on two felony fraudulent use of a credit card charges. He was accused of using an American Express card multiple times in Hampton between May 19 and May 26 at Hannaford, Walgreens, and-or Rite Aid and in Newington on May 19 to obtain items from Best Buy, Macy’s, and-or Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Briana Marie Julia Gammon, 35, of Myrtle Street in Rochester on a felony habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on the Calef Highway in Epping on May 18 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Shane Allen Goss, 46, of Blueberry Lane in Laconia on operating a motor vehicle after certification as a habitual offender and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing $50 in East Kingston after being convicted twice before of theft and of driving in East Kingston on April 26 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Corey M. Goupil-Torres, 28, of Ahern Street in Manchester on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 101 in Epping on June 21 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Scott A. Grant, 56, of Central Street in Newmarket on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on May 13 in Portsmouth.
Timothy Joseph Grundy, 31, of Gatewood Avenue in Port Charlotte, Florida, on negligent homicide-DUI, negligent homicide, and two aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a Scion TC coupe on Stumpfield Road in East Kingston while under the influence and causing the death of Stephanie Gentgen and serious bodily injury on Nov. 8, 2022.
John Joseph Hallahan, 28, of Fremont Road in Sandown on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining funds from Discover Financial Services on March 24 in Salem after twice being convicted of theft.
Stephen J. Harry, 56, of Stoneybrook Lane in Auburn on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 1 in Salem.
Shawn Matthew Harvey Sr., 39, of Fox Cross Lane in Northwood on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of damaging the windows, mirrors, and taillight of a Honda Civic owned by another person in Northwood on July 11.
Juan Alberto Hurtado, 36, of Temple Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of fleeing an accident, involving death or personal injury to three people, on Indian Ridge Road in Atkinson on July 1.
Ricky C. Jackman, 62, of Gaylord Street in Dorchester, MA, on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, possession of fentanyl, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Market Basket in Salem, possessing the drug, and exposing a detective to fentanyl in Salem on June 3. Twice before, Jackman has been convicted on theft charges.
Deshun L. Jackson Jr., 24, of Veron Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Lowe’s in Greenland on Jan. 27.
