Raymond Man Indicted On Attempted Murder, Other Charges: Court Roundup
Mass. man indicted on threat, assault charges; Hampton Falls man accused of selling fentanyl; Dover, Manchester thieves indicted on charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Adrian Lawrence Demers, 42, of Lilac Court in Raymond on attempted second-degree murder, theft by unauthorized taking-a Glock 19, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and four first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of stabbing another person in the head four times with a knife, picking up a firearm after it fell out of their waistband, pointing it at the victim while yelling, “You’re cheating me,” or words to that effect, and driving away with a gun, in Brentwood on April 23.
John A. Depalm, 25, of Morton Street in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, on two felony counts of second-degree assault as well as criminal threatening and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was accused of repeatedly striking another person with a skateboard while saying, “I will kill you,” or words to that effect, in Salem on July 21. Depalm was also accused of fleeing from Salem police after the incident.

Christopher Arey Donlin, 20, of Elm Street in Epping on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of concealing a bullet casing by putting a pillow over it to impair an investigation between May 6 and May 7 in Epping.
Anthony Michael Driscoll, 35, of Regent Drive in Dover on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Plaistow on June 16 after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Bruno Falcao, 34, of Lafayette Road in Hampton Falls on three felony sale of controlled drugs-fentanyl charges on Jan. 25, Feb. 6, and Feb. 18, 2021, in Hampton Falls.
David Timothy Ferreira, 49, of Randall Lane in Hampstead on felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Haverhill Road in Chester on June 14 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Shalyne Noel Fortier, 37, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 9, 2022, in Seabrook.
Steven John Fortin, 56, of Old Turnpike Road in Nottingham on a felony count of driving while being certified as a habitual offender, as well as, driving without giving proof and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was accused of driving on Old Turnpike Road in Nottingham on May 19 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Kelley A. Fuller, 35, of Amory Street in Manchester on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing a Hyundai Tucson, a cell phone, and an Apple watch in Londonderry on May 23. According to the indictment, Fuller has been convicted twice before on theft charges.
