Accused Meth Dealer Indicted In Merrimack County: Court Roundup
Plus: Allenstown man accused of strangling woman; Northfield man indicted on fentanyl in prison charge; accused habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Steven M. Forest, 49, with a last known address of East Side Drive in Concord, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on May 18, 2019, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in August 2004.
Steven J. Fortin, 52, of Old Turnpike Road in Nottingham, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on King Street in Boscawen on Sept. 25.

John Gagnon, 37, of Front Street in Pembroke, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge for driving on Maple Street in Hopkinton on Sept. 24.
Jonathan Kyle Glidden, pictured lower right, 36, homeless, on two counts of sale of methamphetamine-subsequent, two counts of possession of meth, and one count of possession of meth-subsequent, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents on March 13, 20, 25, and Sept. 21 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he's been convicted on a controlled drugs charge.

Karen D. Gover, 38, homeless, on two possession of meth and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. On Sept. 8, she's accused of being in possession of the drug in both Boscawen and Concord and is accused of attempting to impede an investigating by hiding a bag of 27 grams of meth on her person.
Jonathan W. Grooms, 37, of School Street in Allenstown, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He's accused of strangling an intimate partner on Sept. 1 in Allenstown.
Najee A. Hall, 20, of Summer Avenue in Uniondale, New York, on riot and accomplice to second-degree assault charges, both felonies. On May 12 in Henniker, Hall was accused of forcing another person to the ground and striking a man repeatedly in the face causing injury to his eye. Accused accomplices include Malik Settles, Christopher Derosa, and Ryan Pro.
Justin L. Hammond, 37, of Jerusalem Road in Canaan, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. He's accused of stealing a Chevy Suburban on Aug. 24 in Franklin.
Kevin Harrington, upper left, 52, of Borough Road in Pembroke, on two counts of domestic violence-aggravated felonious assault, two counts of domestic violence-aggravated felonious assault, and burglary charges, all felonies. He's accused of breaking into a home in Pembroke and assaulting and attempting to rape a woman.
Walter E. Hartford, upper right, 55, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on Interstate 93 in Concord on Sept. 20.
Trevor Hoyt, upper middle, 24, of Bean Hill Road in Northfield, on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charge. He's accused of being in possession of the drug while in the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on Sept. 21.
