Rockingham Sheriffs Roundup Fugitives, Man Who Missed Alimony, Others

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Michael F. Wynne, 36, of Exeter Road in Epping, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-New Hope on an original charge of heroin possession.

Louis A. Walbourne Jr., 36, of Hunters Village Way in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2017, a judge’s order to arrest for possession of methamphetamine.

Joseph K. McGrade, 22, of Lakeview Avenue in Lowell, MA, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2017, on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Michael J. Gill, 61, of Conleys Grove Road in Derry, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2017, on contempt capias-alimony.

Anthony Michael-Lawrence Driscoll, 29, of First NH Turnpike in Northwood, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2017, a judge’s order to arrest for deferred sent viol on an original theft.

Cote T. Colby, 21, of Hilldale Avenue in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2017, a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of falsifying physical evidence.

Noubar D. Hussein, 25, of Folly Mill Road in Seabrook, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2017, a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on an original charge of burglary.

Loc P. Tran, 28, of Tiffany Road in Salem, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2017, a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a drug court hearing on an original charge of possession of Buprenorphine.

Chelsea P. Bennett, 23, of Chestnut Street in Exeter, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2017, a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

Tucker H.D. Cockerline, 26, of Kingston, was arrested on Jan. 23, 2017, a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-New Hope on an original charge of forgery.

Brendan M. Belanger, 38, of Bypass 28 in Derry, was arrested on Jan. 23, 2017, a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea/sentencing for possession of cocaine and a judge’s order to arrest for operating while habitual offender.
