Alleged Londonderry Burglar, Maine Habitual Offender Indicted: Roundup

Plus, Portsmouth man indicted on drug, driving charges, Manchester, Maine, and Mass. residents indicted on drug, theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Jeri R. Laubner, 32, of Hilldale Avenue in Haverhill, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, after an alleged incident at Kohl’s in Seabrook on April 19, 2016. She has previously convicted twice for theft.

George Laurie, 57, of Court Street in Portsmouth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, and driving after revocation or suspension, allegedly on June 11, 2016, on Batchelder Road in Raymond.

Nicholas LaValley, 24, of Ross Street in Londonderry, for felony burglary and criminal mischief. On July 21, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Reed Street and damaged a window in the process.

Leo Leitner, 21, of Dartmouth Street in Watertown, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to distribute and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, Alprazolam, all felonies, as well as manufacture, sale, possession of a false ID, and dealing in or possession prescription drugs-Gabapentin. The charges stem from an alleged incident on June 24, 2016, in Hampton.

Charles Libby, 39, of Blaisdell Corner Road in East Lebanon, ME, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, after allegedly stealing a screwdriver set from Sears in Newington on March 2, 2016. He was previously convicted of theft twice before.

Amanda Lincoln, 30, of Windmill Lane in Atkinson, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, allegedly on July 25, 2016, in Brentwood. She was previously convicted before.

Peter Lorenzen, 47, of Lupine Lane in Casco, ME, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, a felony, as well as operating a motor vehicle while deemed a habitual offender, driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor-subsequent, and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, allegedly while driving on I-95 in Portsmouth. He was previously convicted of OUI in 2013 in Cumberland Criminal Docket Court and operating after suspension in Maine in June 2016.

Nicholas S. Lynn, 27, of Silver Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Nov. 25, 2015, in Londonderry.
