Salem Man Arrested On Criminal Threat, Other Charges: Police Log

Plus, alleged Haverhill shoplifter arrested, local man charged with domestic violence, and Methuen woman faces ID fraud, other charges.

SALEM, NH — Patrick R. Hastings, 32, of Brook Road in Salem, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2017, for criminal threatening, resisting arrest or detention, and disorderly conduct. Officers were sent to Sayde’s Restaurant on Cluff Crossing Road after a woman reported that a man alleged assaulted her boyfriend and fled the scene.

Kianalsha Quiles, 19, of Washington Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2017, for willful concealment and theft detective device remover after an alleged shoplifting incident at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road.

Jason R. Miller, 34, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to an apartment on Lancelot Court for a domestic disturbance after woman reported that she was allegedly pushed to the ground during an argument with her boyfriend. The man alleged that the woman showed up at the home and started taking things from the apartment.

Anthony M. Webster-Lupoli, 20, of Sentinel Drive in Manchester, was arrested at 11:13 a.m. on Nov. 2, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested after police were sent to the park and ride on Raymond Avenue for a report of a woman overdosing.

Jennifer Tricca, 42, of Albion Street in Methuen, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. on Oct. 2, 2017, for identity fraud, false report to law enforcement, obstructing government administration, and hindering apprehension or prosecution. She was arrested on a warrant.
