Salem Man Charged with Aggravated DWI: Log

Manchester man arrested on robbery charges, Plaistow teen cited for reckless driving, Lawrence man arrested allegedly pawning platinum coin.

SALEM, NH — William P. Moschetto, 54, of Summer Street in Salem, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Oct. 19, 2016, for DUI-impairment, DUI (adult greater than 0.08), and aggravated DUI (0.16+). Police were sent to the Irving/Circle K on North Broadway for a report of a man at McKinnons who smelled intoxicated and was driving north on Route 28. The vehicle was pulled over on Summer Street. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested.

Jordan R. Pynn, 19, of Old Road in Plaistow, received a summons at 9:34 p.m. on Oct. 19, 2016, for reckless operation. A caller reported a silver pickup truck, “operated by young kids,” driving reckless on I-93 and almost hit a woman. The vehicle was pulled over and Pynn was released on a summons.

John J. Danahy, 42, of South Broadway in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 8:05 a.m. on Oct. 20, 2016, for receiving stolen property ($1,001-$1,500) and receiving stolen property ($1,501+). He was arrested on a warrant.

Victor Garcia Jr., 41, of Market Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on Oct. 20, 2106, on two bench warrants. He turned himself in to police.

Scott Moran, 51, of Bailey Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:29 a.m. on Oct. 20, 2106, for theft by deception ($0 to $1,000) and receiving stolen property ($1,001 to $1,500). Police were sent to Cash for Gold on South Broadway for a report of a subject pawning a platinum coin. Moran was later arrested.

Robert T. Caracoglia Jr., 42, of Cranwell Drive in Manchester, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2016, on two counts of robbery and possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 1 gram. He was arrested on a warrant.

A deadly overdose was reported at 3:19 p.m. on July 14, 2016, on Grover Avenue.

Two 15-year-old girls were arrested on willful concealment charges at 5:48 p.m. on July 14, 2016, at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Antonio M. Bairos, 57, of Azarian Road in Salem, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on July 14, 2016, for violation of a restraining order. A woman reported to police that after she returned home, Bairos was allegedly at the home after he was just served a restraining order. He was later arrested.

Marc Lorenzo, 43, of Stoddard Street in Woburn, MA, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on July 14, 2016, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested after a dispute in the parking lot of Canobie Lake Park on North Policy Street.

An overdose was reported on Main Street at 6:20 p.m. on July 14, 2016. The subject was transported to Holy Family.
