Salem Man Indicted on Reckless Conduct, Stolen Truck Charges

Christopher C. O'Dwyer allegedly stole a pickup truck in Boston and then led NH State Police on a wild I-93, I-89 chase in October 2016.

CONCORD, NH — Christopher C. O’Dwyer, 40, pictured lower right, of Lake Shore Road in Salem, was indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2017, for reckless conduct and receiving stolen property, both felonies, as well as disobeying an officer.

On I-93 in Hooksett and Concord and I-89 in Concord, he allegedly drove over 100 mph while weaving across multiple lanes while attempting to evade law enforcement in a stolen GMC Sierra pickup truck on Oct. 11, 2016.
