Seabrook Man Indicted On Statutory Rape Charge: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

Salem man accused of assaulting a woman; man from Georgia indicted on burglary charge; Sandown woman indicted for dealing drugs in Epping.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Victor Angel Alvarado, 38, of Amherst Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-buprenorphine and crack cocaine on Feb. 23 in Derry.

Shane E. Andrews II, 38, of North Street in Sanford, Maine, on a felony count of criminal threatening-deadly weapon. He was accused of holding a metal tire iron and stating, “I’m going to f------- kill you,” or words to that effect, on July 14, 2025, in Seabrook.

Cherish Lynne Barna, 37, of South Lincoln Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of receiving stolen property. She was aided by Jessica Marie Webster to possess a white gold ring and a Michael Kors wallet and all its contents between Nov. 17 and Nov. 18, 2025, in Derry, according to the indictments. Previously, according to an indictment, Barna has been convicted twice before of theft.

Joshua T. Basti, 24, of Railroad Avenue in Seabrook, on a felony count of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of being engaged in a pattern of statutory rape with a child between July 1 and Nov. 8, 2023, in Seabrook.

Kevin Paul Baudin, 62, of Green Acre Drive in Salem, on a felony count of second-degree assault. He was accused of punching, slapping, and assaulting a woman to the point she had a cut on her forehead and became unconscious on March 14 in Salem.

Samantha Ann Blanchette, 29, of Laraway Court in Derry, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of taking another person’s Toyota Avalon on July 11, 2025.

Alfred J. Perry IV, 37, of Lilac Lane in Sandown, on a felony count of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing an .mp4 on April 5, 2025, in Sandown.

William Pressgrove, 25, of Windemere Drive in Atlanta, Georgia, on burglary and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of throwing a rock through a glass storefront window and burglarizing a property on Manchester Road in Derry on Sept. 2, 2025.

Jennifer J. Randolph, 35, of Lemyjoma Trail in Sandown, on possession of fentanyl and possession of clonazepam with intent to distribute charges, both felonies. On Dec. 5, 2024, she worked in concert with Kallie Grover to possess clonazepam with intent to distribute in Epping, according to the indictment.

Bayron Jose Romero, 25, of East Merrimack Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell. He was accused of possessing more than 5 ounces of the drug on July 23, 2025, in Hampton.

Adam R. Savage, 42, of Central Avenue in Salisbury, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of meth charge on Jan. 8 in Seabrook.
