Seabrook Woman Faces Organized Retail Crime Enterprise, Concealment Charges In Salem: Log
Teens in trouble all around town; Meredith man faces felony theft charges; Massachusetts residents arrested on accident, driving charges.

SALEM, NH — Jose Miguel Beato Lazala, 37, of South Broadway Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was cited on an operating without a valid license charge at 10:30 p.m. on May 16, 2023. He was arrested after an incident at Salem Hyundai on South Broadway Street.
Gerard M. Healey, 55, of Lang Street in Meredith was arrested at 2:54 p.m. on May 16 on a felony theft by deception-$1,501+ charge. He was arrested on a warrant.
William R. Mejia-Delisle, 30, of Lamonte Street in Manchester was arrested at 1:48 p.m. on May 16 on a willful concealment charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after the Valley Street Jail.

Robert L. Cordes III, 39, of Lancaster Avenue in Revere, MA, was arrested at 12:58 p.m. on May 16 on driving after revocation or suspension and motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device charges. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street and Rockingham Park Boulevard.
Courtney Marie Eno, 31, of Myrtle Street in Lowell, MA, received a summons at 1:45 a.m. on May 14 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and unregistered vehicle charges after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street.

At 12:35 p.m. on May 4, a juvenile was taken into custody after a shoplifting incident at Walmart on North Broadway Street.
Hugh Kevin Davey, 67, of Ashland Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on a conduct after an accident charge at 9:04 a.m. on May 4. He was arrested on a warrant.
Jesse Matthew Ouellet, 32, of Lawson Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 8:20 a.m. on May 4 on conduct after an accident and operating without a valid license charges. He was arrested on a warrant.
A 17-year-old was arrested at 8:36 p.m. on April 14 on simple assault and contempt charges. A second 17-year-old was also charged with assault. Police were sent to the 7-Eleven on Cluff Crossing Road for a report of a fight. Two suspects left in a car while the victim walked away from the incident. Later, the two suspects were arrested.
Jay E. Cappello, 59, of Millville Circle in Salem was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on April 14 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. Police were sent to the circle for a report of a domestic incident. The suspect left in his truck, police said. Later, he turned himself in to police, a report stated.
Kristen Nicole Arthur, 36, of North Main Street in Salem was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on April 14 on simple assault, criminal mischief, and endangering the welfare of a child charges as well as a public urination or defecation violation. Police were sent to the Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse on South Broadway Street for a report of a woman screaming about being unable to find a child, a report stated. The report said a man was also there, attempting to calm her down. Police arrested the woman later and took her into protective custody.
A 16-year-old was arrested on criminal mischief and criminal trespass charges at 4:05 p.m. on April 14. A 15-year-old was also arrested on criminal mischief and criminal trespass charges as well as a possession-use of tobacco products by a minor violation. Police were sent to Main Street for a report of two kids attempting to break into a business. The children left the area on bikes before the police arrived. They were found and charged later.
Everson Jesuina, 46, of Prospect Avenue in Revere, MA, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on April 14 on three theft by deception-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested on a warrant.
Holli Ann Soltish, 39, of Cimmeron Drive in Seabrook was arrested at 8 a.m. on April 14 on felony organized retail crime enterprise and willful concealment, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was arrested on a warrant out of state.
