Sheriffs Make Felonies First Arrests In Rockingham County
Roundup: Bow man, Rochester woman arrested on fentanyl charges; Plaistow woman faces marital violation warrant; habitual offender charged.
BRENTWOOD, NH — Rhianna M. Light, 33, of Prescott Road in Fremont, was arrested on Nov. 22, 2019, on another agency's warrant.
James Michael Cassidy, 58, of Grand View Road in Bow, was arrested on Nov. 20 on a judge's order to arrest for violation of probation on a possession of fentanyl charge.
Jeremy Conrad Albert, 34, of South Elderberry Lane in Rochester, was arrested on Nov. 19 on a judge's order to arrest for restitution on an original theft charge.

William A. Demars II, 35, of Smith Corner Road in Newton, was arrested on a judge's order to arrest on Nov. 18.
Katie M. Lessard, 37, of Hill Haven Road in Plaistow, was arrested on Nov. 13 on a judge's order to arrest on a marital-violation of a court order warrant.

Susan Marshall Stelmach, 21, of Signal Street in Rochester, was arrested on Nov. 12 on felonies first warrant for failure to appear at the plea-sent on a fentanyl possession charge as well as resisting arrest and theft by authorized taking charges.
Ronald Anthony Nenni II, 57, of Westgate Road in Plainfield, was arrested on Nov. 12 on a judge's order to arrest for restitution on an original charge of theft.
Robert Joseph Lamy, 61, of Pearl Street in Franklin, was arrested on Nov. 7 on felonies first warrants for failure to appear at the arraignment of a motor vehicle theft charge and failure to appear at the charge of unauthorized use.
Holli Ann Soltish, 36, of Main Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested on Nov. 5 on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at a shoplifting charge.
Paul Cyrus Hafford, 42, of Parker Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on Nov. 4 on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at the status hearing on an original charge of habitual offender.
