Sheriffs Arrest Derry, Seabrook, and Kingston Men on Drug Charges

Maine man allegedly failed to appear on possession charge while a Methuen woman was charged with theft of services.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Christopher D. Barry, 28, of Folly Mill Terrace in Seabrook, was arrested on Dec. 2, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on a heroin possession charge.

Joshua C. Pelletier, 25, of Pritham Avenue in Rockwood, ME, was arrested on Dec. 1, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sentencing of a possession of Buprenorphine charge.

Justin Moro, 33, pictured, of Route 125 in Kingston, was arrested on Nov. 30, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP New Hope on an Oxycodone possession charge.

Patrick Bayer, 41, of Nesmith Street in Derry, was arrested on Nov. 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest and for controlled drug: advertise drug paraphernalia.

Gino J. Lebro, 41, of Spring Drive in Derry, was arrested on Nov. 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a theft by deception charge, and on a judge’s order to arrest for receiving stolen property.

Janet A. Parker, 63, of Milk Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Nov. 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft of services charge.
