Sheriffs Arrest Derry and Windham Men on Marital Non-Support Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Nathan A. Holmes, 33, of Elm Street in Derry, was arrested on Nov. 26, 2016, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Justin M. Dunkavich, 28, of East Road in Hampstead, was arrested on Nov. 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sentence on a cocaine possession charge.

Derek A. Carta, 22, of Weymouth Drive in Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 22, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a conduct after an accident-injury resulting, on a judge’s order to arrest for vehicular assault, and on a judge’s order to arrest for false report of a motor vehicle accident.

Richard J. Ouellette, 52, of Willow Road in Windham, was arrested on Nov. 22, 2016, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Sean L. Clayton, 29, of True’s Parkway in Sandown, was arrested on Nov. 22, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for cocaine possession.

Brian D. Arnold, 19, of Pine Street in Danville, was arrested on Nov. 22, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a falsifying physical evidence.

Alyssa R. Silva, 22, of Beaver Lake Avenue in Derry, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge. She was arrested on Nov. 21, 2016.

Kyle W. Brockelbank, 24, of Lantern Lane in Dracut, MA, was arrested on Nov. 21, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a disciplinary conference on a heroin possession charge.
