Sheriffs Arrest Hampstead, Manchester Men on Drug Charges

Roundup: Raymond habitual offender, alleged Alton thief, and Sandown man with a civil court order, also arrested.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

David R. Bisson, 51, of Nottingham Road in Raymond, was arrested on Nov. 26, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an operating while deemed a habitual offender.

Kenneth D. Brand Jr., 37, of Chester Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Nov. 23, 2016, on three counts of delivery of articles prohibited.

Scott S. Tessier, 40, of Coffin Brook Road in Alton, was arrested on Nov. 22, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent for theft by deception.

Rebecca L. Gromyko, 40, of True’s Parkway in Sandown, was arrested on Nov. 22, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for civil violation of a court order.

Robert J. Ames III, 27, of Carey Avenue in Burlington, MA, was arrested on Nov. 22, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a heroin charge.

Timothy P. Poulin, 32, of Union Street in Manchester, was arrested on Nov. 21, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a heroin possession charge.

Mark T. Collins, 57, of Lane Road in Raymond, was arrested on Nov. 21, 2016, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Kelsey L. Cummings, 20, of East Road in Hampstead, was arrested on Nov. 21, 2016, for controlled drug-possession of marijuana and controlled drug-advertise drug paraphernalia.
