Alleged Unarmed Robber from Lawrence Arrested

Sheriffs also pick up Hampton man on cocaine, falsifying evidence charges; alleged Manchester Oxycodone dealer also charged.

BRENTWOOD, NH — David M. Holguin, 28, of Chestnut Street in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a heroin possession charge.

Carmelo Baez, 39, pictured, of Oxford Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Sept. 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the prob hearing for second-degree assault, on a judge’s order to arrest for unarmed robbery, on a judge’s order to arrest for criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, and a second warrant for failure to appear at a bail jumping charge.

Edward J. Bigelow Jr., 39, of Jones Avenue in Hampton, was arrested on Sept. 22, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a falsifying physical evidence charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of cocaine.

Scott S. Tessier, 40, of Coffin Brook Road in Alton, was arrested on Sept. 21, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sentence on a theft by deception charge.

Steven W. Grant, 33, of Blue Ridge Road in North Andover, MA, was arrested on Sept. 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on forged scripts and on a judge’s order to arrest for second warrant ofc cost cont-legal fees.

Julio O. Nieves, 34, of Harwood Street in Lynn, MA, was arrested on Sept. 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for burglary, on a judge’s order to arrest for criminal mischief, and on a judge’s order to arrest for theft.

Bruce H. Rubin, 59, of Low Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-sale of Oxycodone.
