Sheriffs Arrest Manchester Man on Reckless Conduct, DUI Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH – The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department.

Kurt E. Costello, 47, of Dorchester Street in Manchester, was arrested on July 1, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a reckless conduct and on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP DUI-aggravated with serious injury.

Eric J. Porter Jr., 28, of Depot Road in Epping, was arrested on June 30, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on a theft charge.

Richard J. Couture III, 43, of Lafayette Road in Seabrook, was arrested on June 30, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to show cause on a theft charge.

Brandyn E. Fraize, 41, of Union Street in Portsmouth, was arrested on June 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest failure to appear at jury duty.

Timothy J. Hefferon, 30, of Elliott Lane in Farmington, was arrested on June 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment on an operating while being a habitual offender.

David J. Coppenrath Jr., 31, of Pine Arden in West Boylston, MA, was arrested on June 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a cocaine possession charge.

Mark T. Collins, 57 of Lane Road in Raymond, was arrested on June 26, 2016, for contempt capias-marital non-support.
