Teens Arrested for Salem Car Break-ins
They reportedly stole various electronic items and then tried to sell them.

Two Methuen, MA teens were arrested Tuesday for allegedly stealing items from vehicles in Salem and attempting to pawn them for cash.
Joshua Turmel, 19, was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of property without a serial number. Patrick Hardy, 17, was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled drug. Both were held on $2,500 bail pending arraignment.
Salem Police first received a call Tuesday from a Meisner Road resident reporting that a vehicle parked in their driveway had been broken into overnight. The victim said a Nintendo DS was stolen from the vehicle, and the victim notified area pawn shops in order to make them aware of the theft.
Around 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, Salem Police were notified that two male subjects were inside Game Stop at the Mall at Rockingham Park attempting to pawn the Nintendo DS that had been reported stolen.
During the course of their investigation, Salem Police recovered several stolen items, including iPods, GPS systems, electronics and collectors' coins. Victims have been identified on Meisner Road, Henderson Circle, Royal Circle and Dunbar Terrace in Salem, as well as in Manchester.
Salem Police are asking residents in the area of the thefts to contact Officer Ryan Sambataro at 603-893-1911 if they discover items stolen from their vehicles.
