Thief Indicted On Salem Fentanyl, Stolen Property Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the people listed below.

Dennis Beauregard, 75, of Green Road in Raymond, on two felony counts of felonious sexual assault. He was accused of having a child fondle him twice between Jan. 1, 2018, and Dec. 31, 2020, in Raymond.

Qurtimiya S. Bonds, 48, of Lancelot Court in Salem, on criminal restraint and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. She was accused of refusing to open a car door and pulling the hair of another person on May 23 in Salem. Bonds asked a second person to testify or inform falsely to police, according to an indictment.

Tyler John Brady, 32, of Boston Road in Billerica, Massachusetts, on second-degree assault-bodily injury/deadly weapon-domestic violence and reckless conduct-deadly weapon-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving a vehicle while another person held onto the door of the vehicle on April 26 in Londonderry, causing an ankle fracture.

Amber Tavener, 48, of East 22nd, the Bronx, New York, on identity fraud, falsifying physical evidence, and two attempted theft by deception charges, all felonies. She was accused of using a driver’s license to complete a wire transfer to obtain cash from Rockland Trust Bank in Derry on March 26. Tavener removed a crack pipe from her person and hid it inside a holding cell at Derry police headquarters, according to an indictment.

Jade Alexandra Unice, 48, of New Horizons in Manchester, on receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges, both felonies. She was accused of retaining stolen merchandise from Marshalls in Salem on Feb. 3. Twice before, according to the indictment, Unice was convicted on theft charges.

Casely Leigh Vigeant, 42, of Lower Collins Street in Seabrook, on a felony sale of a controlled drug charge-crack cocaine on Nov. 13, 2026, in Seabrook.

Axel O. Vargas Flores, 41, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, on a felony count of driving while being certified as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Rockingham Road in Londonderry on Dec. 26, 2025, after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender.

Wilton Manuel Vittini Gonzalez, 31, of Nesmith Street in Lawrence, MA, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-fentanyl and crack cocaine. He worked in concert with Robert Allen White and Michael Weston Fortine to possess more than 5 grams of each drug to sell on Jan. 24, 2024, in Greenland.

Chandler Ross Walden, 29, of Chase Road in Londonderry, on first-degree assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault-domestic violence, two first-degree assault, two second-degree, and two attempted second-degree murder charges, all felonies. He was accused of attacking and attempting to murder two family members on March 15 in Londonderry. Coady D. Ward, 38, of South Road in Brentwood, on a felony count of reckless conduct. He was accused of firing a handgun at the floor of an apartment on April 1 in Seabrook.

Robert Allen White, 62, of Woodville Road in Woodville, Maine, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-fentanyl and crack cocaine. He was accused of working in concert with Wilton Manuel Vittini Gonzalez and Michael Weston Fortine, knowingly having in his possession or under his control more than 5 grams of each drug with intent to sell on Jan. 24, 2024, in Greenland.
