Nashua Man Indicted On Armed Robbery Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Michelle Bilides, 37, of Tuttle Place in East Haven, Connecticut, on identity fraud, theft by deception, and forgery charges, all felonies. She was accused of uttering a check in Nashua for $2,320 on the Bank of America account of Hanover Hill Health Center in the name of another person on May 18, 2023.

Shawn Brousseau, 50, of no fixed address in Nashua on receiving stolen property and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining a stolen Kawasaki motorcycle on Sept. 5, 2023, in Nashua; accused of stealing tools from an E.M. Contractor van sometime between May 26 and May 30, 2023, in Nashua; and was accused of acting in concert with another to steal tools and a Nash Construction van sometime between May 26 and May 30, 2023, in Nashua.

Jordany Tavares Nunez, 22, of Chandler Street in Nashua on two felony armed robbery charges. He was accused of pointing a gun at an employee at RK Food Market in Nashua on Oct. 15, 2023, and a knife at an employee at Yoma Market in Nashua on Oct. 18, 2023.

Morgan Thibeault, 29, of Shaker Road in Belmont on possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and operating after certification as a habitual offender charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Sept. 9, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Barton Tibando, 53, of West Hobart Street in Nashua on a felony armed career criminal charge. He was accused of possessing a firearm on Sept. 11, 2023, after being convicted of armed robbery in January 1999, drug possession in July 2005, and drug possession in November 2021 in Hillsborough County South. Christopher Trotter, 39, of Summer Street in North Attenborough, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of vinyl records from Barnes & Noble in Nashua on Sept. 2, 2023.

Jade Alexandra Unice, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and meth, on July 3, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted on a drug possession charge in Hillsborough County North in January 2023.

Randy Widmer, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-crack cocaine charge on July 31, 2023. Previously, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County South in August 2022.
