Windham Man Arrested On Second DUI Charge After Pelham Road Crash: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Alan R. Crawford, 47, of Mammoth Road in Windham was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on July 26, 2023, on a driving under the influence-second offense charge. Police were sent to Pelham Road for a report of a single vehicle on its side. Witnesses told police a man who was driving the vehicle fled into the woods, according to a report. The man was found, given a field sobriety test, and arrested. He was released on personal recognizance.

Robert A. Pare, 32, of Shadow Lake Road in Salem was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:47 p.m. on July 26 as well as a bail jumping charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at North Broadway and Lake streets.

Tiffany L. Lemire, 41, of Dubuque Street in Manchester was arrested at 7:54 p.m. on July 26 on a willful concealment charge. She was arrested on a Salem warrant by Merrimack County. She was transferred to Salem and released on personal recognizance.

Traci Ann Pratt, 63, of Northwest Street in Portsmouth was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on July 26 on a bail jumping charge. She was arrested by Seabrook police, was released on personal recognizance on the Salem charge, and $500 cash bail on an electronic bench warrant.

A woman reportedly overdosed on Crescent Street in Salem at 5:47 p.m. on July 26. She was taken to Parkland Medical Center by Salem fire and rescue teams.

Cory P. Nolan, 39, of East Broadway Street in Salem was arrested at 12:51 p.m. on July 26 on a disorderly conduct charge. He was arrested at police headquarters on a warrant and was released on personal recognizance.

Around 12:25 p.m. on July 26, a man reported on Haverhill Road that he lost his handgun. A K-9 unit searched the area, and later, a subject turned the gun in to police after it was found on a roadway.

Francis Gigliotti, 41, of Pilling Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on July 2 on a willful concealment charge. He was arrested at police headquarters on a warrant and was released on personal recognizance.

Katelyn Elizabeth Robinson, 18, of Chester Turnpike in Candia was charged with an open container violation at 2:51 a.m. on July 2. A 17-year-old was taken into protective custody. Police were requested to North Main Street after a Jeep Liberty pulled into the parking lot with several young people inside. When police arrived, at least one man fled the area. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
