Concord Teen Arrested on Assault Charge at Memorial Field: Log

CONCORD, NH — Tiffany L. Lemire, 35, a homeless woman now located in Tilton, was arrested at 2:16 a.m. on Oct. 28, 2016, for habitual offender, disobeying an officer, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Badger Street.

James D. Lemmond, 32, of Holt Street in Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 10:18 a.m. on Oct. 28, 2016. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Whitney Road.

Bryon Ruff, 28, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested in an apartment on Village Street.

Amber R. French, 21, of Route 104 in Danbury, was arrested at 3:11 a.m. on Oct. 29, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest or detention, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. She was arrested on South Main Street.

Jay C. Pike, 26, of Monroe Street in Concord, received a summons at 10:28 a.m. on Oct. 29, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a stop on Loudon Road near Dunkin’ Donuts.

Pam L. Adair Steenbeke, 47, of Blueberry Lane in Boscawen, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2016, and charged with five counts of receiving stolen property and a default or breach of bail conditions charge. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Ormond Street.

Ryan F. Smith, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on Oct. 30, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident in an apartment on Liberty Street.

Eryn E. Murphy, 32, of Lilac Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2016, for operating without a valid license and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Storrs Street.

Sarah M. Fortin, 22, of Elm Street in Penacook, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Quick Stop on South Main Street.

Isaac M. Bosa, 18, of Liberty Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2016, for simple assault after an alleged incident at Memorial Field on South Fruit Street.
