Alleged Prison Drug Mule, Reported Lego Thief, Others Indicted: Roundup
Plus, alleged Concord welfare fraudster, alleged Tilton attempted Brink's-ambulance thief, and teen charged with reckless conduct indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Justin Laforge, 30, pictured upper left, of Seaverns Bridge Road in Merrimack but incarcerated in the Hillsborough County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Jan. 11, 2017, he allegedly stole items from CVS in Concord. Previously, he’s been convicted of theft at least twice. Previously, he has been arrested for stealing Legos.

Diane Lang, 46, pictured upper center, of Georges Drive in Tilton, for receiving stolen property and two counts of attempted theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. On Jan. 8, 2017, she allegedly stole a Toyota Corolla, attempted to grab a money bag from a Brink’s employee, and attempted to steal an ambulance outside of the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street
Joseph D. Lawrence, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, for possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, a felony, and false report to law enforcement. On Nov. 5, 2016, he allegedly gave a false name to a police officer in the area of North Main Street Concord. He was previously convicted of controlled drug: acts prohibited in Belknap County Superior Court in January 2016.

Tiffany Lemire, 35, pictured lower right, of Tilton, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for felony habitual offender, for allegedly driving on Badger Street in Concord on Oct. 28, 2016.
Jessica Leslie, 34, pictured upper right, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin allegedly on Loudon Road in Pittsfield, on Dec. 24, 2016.
Derek Maltais, 33, pictured left center, of Penacook Street in Concord, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on Hall Street in Concord on Jan. 12, 2017. He was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2008.
Juan Angel Lugo Martinez, 44, pictured center, of Leavitt Road in Pittsfield, for aggravated driving under the influence, two counts of driving under the influence, and felony habitual offender, allegedly on Dec. 2, 2016, on Carroll Street in Pittsfield. At the time, he reportedly blew a greater than 0.16 breathalyzer test. Martinez was certified as a habitual offender in June 2013.
Ulysses McMillan, 30, pictured right center, of Nashua, for felony delivery of articles to prisoners. On Sept. 16, 2016, in Concord, he allegedly concealed a plastic bag of fentanyl in his person and intended to deliver the drug to an inmate in the New Hampshire State Prison.
Elijah Merchant, 27, pictured lower left, of Loudon Road in Pittsfield, for possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, allegedly on Oct. 3, 2016, in Pittsfield.
Braden Meyer, 18, pictured lower center, of Summer Street in Penacook, for felony reckless conduct. On Jan. 7, 2017, in Concord, he allegedly accelerating his car while a police officer was trying to reach into the window.
Anastasia Morgan, 35, of Grove Street in Concord, for felony welfare fraud. Between December 2011 and June 2016, she allegedly obtained food stamps and medical benefits that she was not entitled to by reportedly stating that her husband and father of her child did not reside with her.
Courtney Morse, 26, of Palm Street in Penacook, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Dec. 7, 2016, on Palm Street in Concord. Morse was previously convicted of possession in Concord District Court in May 2010.
Joseph Morrissette, 27, of Durrell Mountain Road in Belmont, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, allegedly on Nov. 19, 2016, in Hooksett.
