Alleged Hudson Teen Strangler Charged: Windham Police Log

WINDHAM, NH — Michael Giuffrida, 19, of Wason Road in Hudson, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. on March 28, 2017, for second-degree assault-strangulation, simple assault, and breach of bail. He was arrested at the Manor Motel on Rockingham Road after an alleged domestic incident.

Justin J. Faust, 36, of Lower Road in Plaistow, was arrested at 12:16 p.m. on March 25, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on Route 28 near Salem Road.

Jasmine M. Rivera, 19, of Merrimack Street in Lowell, MA, received a summons at 9:42 a.m. on March 25, 2017, for suspension of vehicle registration. She was cited after a motor vehicle stop on Indian Rock Road near Wall Street.

Richard Fortier, 28, of Pine Street in Manchester, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on March 23, 2017, for simple assault and false report to law enforcement. He was arrested after an alleged domestic incident on Cheryl Road.
