Sheriffs Arrest Alleged Drug Dealers and Thieves

Jennifer M. Stevenson, 23, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested on June 19, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on possession of clonazepam and possession of buprenorphine charges.

Deric P. Faro, 30, of Inman Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on June 19, for VOP on a receiving stolen property charge, receiving stolen property, theft by deception, and VOP theft by deception.

Bolivar D. Cruz, 39, of Walnut Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on five counts of title fraud. He was arrested on June 19.

Kelvin Garcia, 35, of Farnham Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on June 19, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge.

Enrique Barreto, 30, of Beech Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 17, for failure to appear on a shoplifting charge, and bench warrants out of Milford District Court for breach of bail and Manchester District Court for willful concealment.

Kaitlyn M. Pillsbury, 23, of Prospect Street in the Bronx, NY, was arrested on June 17, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge and a bench warrant out of Merrimack District Court for operating without a valid license.

Jordyn A. Pailes, 22, of Fourth Street in Kingston, was arrested on June 17, for speeding.

Jamie Dee Sullivan, 27, of Mulberry Street in Concord, was arrested on June 16, on a judge’s order for failure to appear at the arraignment of heroin possession and theft charges as well as the arraignment for sentencing on a heroin possession charge. Pailes was also arrested on a willful concealment warrant out of Hooksett District Court.

Joshua R. Willett, 42, of Doane Street in Bradford, MA, was arrested on June 16, for VOP on eight counts of false scripts.

Jonathan Moghabghab, 47, of Calef Highway in Epping, was arrested on June 16, for six counts of possession of a controlled drug/narcotic drug with intent to distribute and four count of penalties; control of premises where controlled drugs is kept.

Raul E. Delgado, 32, of Cross Street in Salem, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a sale of oxycodone charge on June 16.

Jennifer Midolo-Boutin, 37, of Butler Road in Salem, was arrested on June 15, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge.
