Sheriffs Roundup Alleged Cocaine Dealer, Others

Plus, Vermont man reportedly fails to appear on "bath salts" charge; Massachusetts residents arrested on DWI, other charges.

The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs:

Paul S. Whalen, 55, of Railroad Avenue in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2015, for driving while intoxicated.

Katrina A. Whitten, 46, of Lowell Street in Newburyport, MA, was taken into protective custody on Sept. 5.

Ike L. Eaton, 29, of Eaton Lane in Seabrook, was arrested on Sept. 5, on a judge’s order to arrest on a probation violation on a heroin charge, a VOP on a cocaine charge, and a VOP on a sale of cocaine charge.

Christopher A. Hoff, 48, of Main Street in Newmarket, was arrested on Sept. 4, for simple assault.

Arvid J. Dahlbloom Jr., 27, of Sun Valley Road in Auburn, was arrested on Sept. 3, for VOP on a possession of heroin charge.

Robert D. Morlang, 27, of Beaver Road in Strafford, was arrested on Sept. 3, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of heroin charge and failure to appear on a bail jumping charge.

Todd M. Gilchrist, 42, of Elm street in North Springfield, VT, was arrested on Sept. 3, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of “bath salts” charge and failure to appear at a false report to law enforcement charge.

Rola A. Ayoub, 25, of Marianna Road in Salem, was arrested on Sept. 2, for failure to appear in drug court on a heroin possession charge and a theft charge.

Loretta A. Mearls, 52, of Kent Street in Brookline, MA, was arrested on Sept. 2, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a theft of a prescription pills charge.
