Texas Man Cited After Crash: Windham Police Log

WINDHAM, NH — Scott J. Silva, 30, of Range Road in Windham, was arrested at 7:20 a.m. on Nov. 11, 2017, for breach of bail. Also arrested was Stephen G. Olsen, 40, of Range Road in Windham, for breach of bail. They were arrested on Range Road.

Justind D. Chapman, 34, of North Kelly Avenue in Odessa, TX, received a summons at 10:36 a.m. on Nov. 9, 2017, for conduct after an accident. He was charged on Braemar Road.

Hipolito L. Gonzalez, 23, of Elm Street in Derry, was arrested at 11:59 a.m. on Nov. 8, 2017, for reckless operation, disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension, uninspected vehicle, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Also charged was Ashley Morales, 26, of Derryfield Road in Derry, on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. They were arrested near Cyr Lumber on Rockingham Road.

John Lefave, 59, of Rockingham Road in Windham, was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault. Also arrested was Jean DiRusso, 54, of Rockingham Road in Windham, for domestic violence-simple assault. They were arrested at the Manor Motel on Rockingham Road.

Eric D. Kenney, 50, of Unity Avenue in Athol, MA, was arrested at 9:21 a.m. on Sept. 20, 2017, on a bench warrant on Fellows Road.

Jason Havener, 40, of Ministerial Road in Windham, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2017, for criminal mischief and conduct after an accident with property damage. He was arrested on Lowell Road.
